Every pair from the Goldii edit is covered by three layers of protection. No registration forms, no fine-print gymnastics — your order number is your warranty card.
Lifetime frame warranty
If your frame breaks or fails under normal wear — hinges, temples, front — we replace it. For as long as you own it. This covers manufacturing and material defects on every frame we sell.
12-month scratch protection
If your lenses get scratched within the first 12 months of normal use, we replace them once, free of charge.
Fit & comfort guarantee
If your frame doesn't fit comfortably, we'll exchange it for a style that does — our team will help you choose.
30-day risk-free trial
Wear your new pair for up to 30 days. If you don't notice clearer vision, reduced glare and better comfort, return them for a full refund.
How to make a claim
Message us through the contact page with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll sort it out — usually within one business day.
What's not covered
- Loss or theft
- Damage from misuse (sat on, chewed by the cat, left on the dashboard at noon — we've heard it all, and we'll still try to help with a replacement discount)
