Is delivery really free?

Yes — free delivery across the UAE on every order, no minimum. Your exact delivery options are confirmed at checkout.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are dispatched quickly and you'll receive tracking by email. Most UAE orders arrive within a few days — and express next-day options appear at checkout where available.

Returns & warranty

What if I don't like them?

You have a 30-day risk-free trial. Wear them, drive with them, travel with them — if you're not convinced, return them for a full refund.

How does the lifetime warranty work?

If the frame fails under normal wear, we replace it — forever. Lenses are covered against scratches for 12 months (one free replacement). See Warranty & Guarantee.

Lenses & frames

Are the lenses actually UV400?

Yes. Every pair of sunglasses in the Goldii edit has UV400-certified lenses. Polarization is listed on each product page.

Which brands do you carry?

We curate independent eyewear brands that build to the standard of the big houses: Ombre, Lumière, Tommy Fashion, Sky Vision, Massimo, Diroma, Aura Prism and more.

How do I know which frame suits my face?

Message us via the contact page — tell us your face shape (or send a selfie) and we'll recommend frames that fit. That's what we're here for.
